Which post moves do you guys rely on consistently on the low block?

I don't know what the move is called but start out on the low block and on the 360 tap "X" then "Y" & u should be right next to the goal if u do it correctly... It was my go to post move in 2k9 & rarely didn't work... It's been toned down in 2k10 but still pretty affective... It works pretty well with Illi, Dwight, Amare, etc.

Up and Underor anything to get them to jump then hit them with the hook or fade away, I like to use Tayshaun Prince in the post which heats him up for the midrange and the 3 ball.

There is one post move i've been using that is unstoppable... it's basically a dribble spin from the post.. the player will run right around the defender (aka pilon) and score every time... if using dwight howard he'll just shit on the whole team

i've used this method in many ranked games to foul out players like shaq and bynum... if the opponent doesn't double team... it's an automatic 2 points or foul (or both)

Yeah they toned it down a lot. Most of the back to the basket post game is hooks.

let me add on to that man. Kevin garnett is one of the most effective post players in 2k10. IF you give it to him down low its automatic. And if its not there then just back up and hit the jumper with KG thats what he gives you in 2k10. He spreads the floor.
